New Age Manufacturing, Inc. (New Age) has been in business since 1999 and is a closely held family Corporation with manufacturing facilities located in Omaha and Plattsmouth, Nebraska. New Age specializes in the production of precision machined parts from metals including aluminum, stainless steel, copper, bronze etc. as well as plastics such as PFA, PTFE, UHMW, Teflon, acrylics etc. Many of these parts are used in analytic testing equipment in industrial, scientific and medical environments. Formerly known as New Age Prototypes, Inc. New Age continues to work with its customers in the development of prototypes and then in the large-scale production of the resulting products. Parts machined by New Age have flown on the space shuttle and some are even now located on the International Space Station. Other parts machined by New Age are in medical and material testing and sampling equipment located throughout the United States and around the world.

New Age has obtained and assigned to its clients several US Patents as a part of its prototyping services. Prototyping services are furnished under confidentiality and/or Non-Disclosure Agreements so as to preserve the customer’s proprietary interests. New Age provides manufacturing and assembly services as well as finishing services such as anodizing, powder coating, Teflon painting, UV printing, laser engraving, vacuum molding, sonic welding, etc. Our objective is to provide our customers with a finished part so they can avoid the expense and delay associated with shipping parts from one vendor to another for various processes to be completed.

New Age has been ISO 9001:2015 QMS certified since 2013 and strives to deliver products manufactured to the customer’s specifications with superior quality and cosmetics at a competitive price. New Age offers services that clients find useful in controlling overall cost and insuring consistent quality control.
